The lab fosters independent and innovative thinking, with expertise across biology, engineering and computer science, to provide an overall excellent educational experience. The group is currently focused on developing tools to measure and subsequently understand single-cell regulatory dynamics. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled computational postdoctoral associate to join our research team.

The successful candidate will work on developing novel computational tools for the analysis of single cell epigenomics and transcriptomics data. The candidate will join a vibrant, multidisciplinary environment of molecular and computational biologists, and technology developers.
